About Niamh

Hi there!

I’m Niamh, a UK-based Classical Studies undergraduate infatuated with all things surrounding Ancient History. ItzaNif is a blog I created to promote the study of antiquity and all of its layers, from art and architecture to archaeology and literature.

In short, I love learning about ancient civilizations and how humans throughout the ages respond to cultures and life around them. I especially love travel writing. I am currently building up ItzaNif to be filled with articles on places, people and their histories as well as the occasional travel piece for the globe-trotting historian.
